I'm struggling to decide how to build this soulknife character I'm coming up with and I'm thinking about settling with my gut on a Soulbolt. I'd appreciate any advice you guys can provide.

I've got a prototype build, using a heavy bolt like a shotgun, below.

Human Soulbolt 13
Str 10, Dex 16, Con 14, Int 12, Wis 21, Cha 8

Feats
1 - Wild Talent, Point-Blank Shot (b), Precise Shot, Weapon Focus (Mind Bolt)
3 - Weapon Specialization (Mind Bolt)
4 - Deadly Aim (Edited bonus from GM)
5 - Rapid Shot
7 - Clustered Shots
9 - Combat Reflexes
11 - Snap Shot
13 - Improved Snap Shot

Blade Skills
2 - Focused Offense
4 - Close-Range Expert
6 - Enhanced Range
8 - Charged Shot
10 - Rain of Arrows
12 - Improved Enhancement

So far this is what I think'll work. Snap Shot requires rapid shot, so I don't have much choice there, how does it look? Tips and Recommendations are welcome!

I'd drop Weapon Specialization in favor of Deadly Aim.

Edited my first post, forgot that my GM gave us an extra feat at 4th level. Should I try replacing the weapon spec (Mind Bolt) with an extra blade skill.

Now this is my ranged idea, and quite taxing on the build, but I've got another build idea that's more melee, involving reach, tripping and is effectively a mind blade that looks something like this (http://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/finalfantasy/images/5/59/FFXI_Great_Sword_10A.png/revision/latest?cb=20120712140521), but with a snake sword effect like what Ivy has in Soul Calibur. Having trouble deciding on a one-handed or two-handed, in that idea, but otherwise built for making enemies regret their decisions.
