I found this in the Fiendish Codex 2: Tyrents of the nine hells

A magical location. Basicly a block of ice with a place for a creatures hand to go in and a place for the creatures head to go in.

If the hand is inserted 3d10+10 (i think) damage and they lose a hand. If they survive they get a new creepy magical hand.

If the head is inserted: They lose it. And they dont get the head back.

This is based off a very old joke.

Likely based on the Hand and Eye of Vecna, magical artifacts that are the remains of a very powerful lich-***-god; For each, you remove your appropriate body part and it is replaced by the artifact, which grants magical powers.

I'm pretty sure Eagle's aware of that, Skelly, hence the title.

Evil, you can find the story here (http://users.tkk.fi/~vesanto/link.fun/stupid.pcs.html).

The head of Vecna is a time-honored joke- most recently seen on the WOTC website last April.
