My character need to communicate with his city. We don't have much time, and we are 70-90 mile away from her.

In the party we have a mage, a cleric and a druid lvl 10.
There are some spell to send a message very fast?

Maybe this spell; Sending (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Sending)? You can also find it in the PHB.

How fast? Animal Messenger would do it.

What time of day is it? Dream would work.

How much time have you got? Lesser Planar Binding or Lesser Planar Ally could work if you bind an Outsider with Greater Teleport at will.
