I'm looking at these spells for a potential future in a campaign I'm in, but I've got a question as to how these spells work.

If I were to cast Create Greater Demiplane in conjunction with Permanency;
Create Demiplane (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/c/create-demiplane) <-- Link to all three versions
Would I have a demiplane with any features from the initial casting?
If not, Would I have to cast permanency for each feature, like I would if I were enlarging the demiplane?

From my reading, adding features does not interact with the duration of the spell as such I would rule that there is no need to use permanancy for those casting.

Agreed, I've always read it as you have to use Permanency for each volume addition, but you can modify traits of the whole integrated demiplane with later castings and no need for Permanency.

Good to know! If that's true then I've found a vastly more cost effective way to create magical items in a fraction of the time, on the material plane. The only problem now is dealing with rapid aging. My GM is a real stickler on item creation, he'll even enforce exp cost if the percentage is big enough.
