Formian Armadon
Armadons are among the most fearsome examples of the insectoid lawgivers known as Formians; resembling giants fleas more than their ant-like kin, they devastate all that oppose them with acid, venom, and their mighty claws and mandibles. The shock-troops of Formian armies, for whom no task is too dangerous and no battle too extreme, the Armadon is a beast no sane individual would like to meet down a dark alley.

This said, when properly trained, Armadons are frequently used as training-partners for Formian or other strongly lawful armies, and some creatures (with dubious wisdom) have even utilized the beasts as battle-ready mounts. When reared from their juvenile form, they make fiercely loyal companions, if somewhat merciless.

Armadons, as a general rule, do not speak, but can communicate concepts through body language.

Least Warvigor: Immediately after their larval stage, Armadons swell into mighty beasts of battle. An Armadon is size large, with the attendant -1 penalty to attack and AC, as well as a +4 bonus to grapple, and a -4 penalty to hide; its space is 10ft., while it's reach is five.
Lesser Warvigor grants the Armadon a +4 racial bonus to strength, a +3 bonus to constitution, and a +1 bonus to dexterity.
Claws: The Armadon has two claw attacks, each dealing 1d8 damage plus its strength modifier.
Outsider Traits: Armadons have all the normal outsider traits (darkvision, cannot be raised or ressurected); they do not need to eat or sleep.
Petrification Immunity:A 1st-level Armadon is immune to petrification effects from any source.
Hive Mind: An Armadon is in constant mental contact with any Formians within 50ft.; it is aware of danger if any in the hive mind are, and flanked or flat-footed only if all in the hive mind are.
Least Formian Resistances:An Armadon has resistance 5 to fire, electricity, and sonic attacks.
Least Acid Blister & Acid Immunity:The Armadon develops acid blisters near its tail that can release a gout of caustic fluid, dealing 1d8 points of acid damage to everything in a 10-ft long line; the Armadon is now also immune to acid damage (since it produces such substances internally).
Juvenile Bite:The Armadon gains a bite attack which deals 1d6 damage plus its strength bonus.
Multiattack: The Armadon gains Multiattack as a bonus feat.
Augmented Critical: The critical multiplier for the Armadon's bite attack increases to x3.
Least Carapace:The Armadon gains +5 natural armor.
Lesser Warsense:The Armadon gains a +1 racial bonus to its Wisdom score.

Lesser Venom:The Armadon's sting delivers a potent poison; Initial and Secondary damage are both 1d4 Strength (Fort. DC 18 negates).
Lesser Acid Blister:The Armadon's acid attack becomes more potent; its damage increases to 2d6, and its range to a 15ft. line.
Cold Immunity:The Armadon's carapace is hardened against cold; it gains immunity to all cold damage.
Lesser Formian Resistances:The Armadon's resistance to fire, electricity, and sonic attacks increases to 10.
Lesser Warvigor:The Armadon's bonus to strength increases to +8, its bonus to constitution to +5, and its bonus to dexterity to +2.
Lesser Carapace:The Armadon's natural armor increases to +10.
Greater Warsense:The Armadon's bonus to wisdom increases to +2.
Bite: The Armadon grows into its mandibles; its bite attack now deals 2d6 damage.

Poison Immunity:The Armadon's insectoid physiology renders it immune to poison or natural venom.
Greater Formian Resistances:The Armadon's resistance to fire, electricity, and sonic damage increases to 20.
Greater Venom:The Armadon's poison now deals 1d6 strength damage as a primary and secondary effect.
Greater Carapace:The Armadon's natural armor increases to +15.
Greater Warvigor:The Armadon's bonus to strength increases to +12, it's constitution bonus to +8, and its dexterity bonus to +3.
Improved Natural Attack: The Armadon gains improved natural attack as a bonus feat.

If you were wondering, Armadons look like this (http://www.wizards.com/dnd/images/ff_gallery/50356.jpg); as depicted in the Fiend Folio art gallery.

I developed this 'monster class', which may or may not fall in line with savage species, for my own use as a scaling mount.
Lemme have it, folks.
