Simply, a discussion focused on the Racial Heritage Feat (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/racial-feats/racial-heritage). I wanted to list out who qualified, and who qualified.

Races that can take the feat: Anyone who can count as human. Thats simple. Human, half-elf, half-orc, and aasimar (with a certain alternate racial trait). There may be others that can, but thats most of it.
