Grit, Panache...and Luck?

So, Grit and Panache I get, but where does Luck come from? The Swashbuckler in the OGC mentions a luck pool, but doesn't provide context as to where it's from.

Same here, I just have no idea what that class is.

Found it! It only seems to exist for the Sleuth archetype of the Investigator, it gets a small Luck pool equal to Charisma modifier and nothing else. They replenish it by rolling 20s on Knowledge skill checks and getting 6 or more on inspiration rolls.

Correct - at this time the Sleuth archetype (from the same book) is the only one that gets "luck."
