+Dex/+Cha Races

I'm curious, mostly because I tend to play things emphasizing Charisma and/or Dexterity what all the races are that grant +Dex/+Cha for bonuses.

I've been slowly working on a table of the classes and their respective stat boni. To my knowledge, these are the Dex/Cha races, with their stat penalty (or other downside) parenthesised: Musetouched Aasimar, Catfolk (Wis penalty), Dhampir (Con penalty), Drow (same), Fetchling (Wis Penalty), Halfling (Small), Ifrit (Wis Penalty), Kitsune (Str Penalty), Merfolk (Cripplingly low land speed), Spitespawn Tiefling (Int Penalty).

For Merfolk, don't forget the "Strongtail" racial that makes their landspeed more manageable.

If DSP content is allowed, Xeph (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/races/xeph) offers a +2 DEX/+2 CHA with a -2 STR

If DDIPs allowed, Akashic Mysteries supplemental will have a Dec/Cha race with a negative intelligence. They are tiger dudes with cool claws and tail rules.
