I have neither an Android device nor an ios one. Any way to get access through a pc? Or why it's not just web based to begin with?

Honestly? You're probably better off pretending that it doesn't exist. It's a buggy app (on Android, at least), and it serves primarily as an advertisement for new things that Wizards wants to sell you.

They have been including links to pdfs for Adventurer's League, which is the only reason why it's still on my phone.

Thanks, with out knowing what it was comprised of, I was assuming (hoping) it was a bit like the magazines of yore that I loved reading so much.
