personal silence spell

I don't know if this has been asked before, but what do you guys think about silence with personal range, i.e. you make no noises...
Spell level:1 (beguiler)
duration: 1 min./level

Since silence is is a level 2 beguiler spell, I think this is quite balanced...

I was just thinking about posting something like this up the other day. I use something similar in my own (A)D&D Campaigns, it works well. I usually make it 10 Minutes per Level and ends automatically when the Character speaks.
