Are there any ways to get Swashbuckler deeds on a Bard? Mostly just the Level 1 ones, especially Dodging Panache and Opportune Parry and Riposte.

Dipping exists, but is there a way to get those without a dip?

Yes. You can get all level 1 deeds on a Bard without taking levels in anything other than bard. I'm not saying it's a good idea, but it can be done.

Amateur Swashbuckler (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/feats/general-feats/amateur-swashbuckler-combat) gets you either Derring-Do or Dodging Panache. Take Dodging Panache.

You need to take Variant Multi-class Magus. This gets you one magus arcana at level 7, one at 15, and one at 19.

At level 7, you take Flamboyant Arcana (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus/magus-arcana/paizo---magus-arcana/flamboyant-arcana-ex). This gets you Derring-Do and Opportune Parry and Riposte.

At level 15 and/or 19, you can take Arcane Deed (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/classes/base-classes/magus/magus-arcana/paizo---magus-arcana/arcane-deed-ex). Arcane Deed allows you to take any other Swashbuckler deed, like Precise Strike.
