Brian.

Gonna need more information if you want something better :smalltongue: Or consult one of those fancy name generators (http://www.behindthename.com/random/).

I'm not great with names either, but you could try a name generator, works a well as any suggestion.
e.g.
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/dnd/20010208b

just create a few names and see what you like
Edit: I got Davros Mistletoe, I like the first name but not the last name, so you can just do it again to get names you like.

Well, there's the Wikipedia list for unisex names (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Unisex_name). Or you could just nick one from Cowboy Bebop and name him Gren.

That generator gave me Jamlamin as a first name.

That's all that really needs to be said about it.

Well, I finally found the naming thing I used years ago, which has apparently been absorbed into another site...the baby name search there lets you search for names by meaning, which can be handy for narrowing things down.

Davros, didn't he create the Daleks in their current form?

Marnin. The name (iirc--I left my namebook at home today) has connotations of both singing and healing. Similarly, Devin might do it, or if you're feeling a bit more exotic you could call him Namid.

For bards, you can never go wrong with 'Gildward'.

Wound up naming him Zalin Sunfury, the last (official) descendant of the legendary hero Oseran Sunfury. He's even a Sir.

Official because Zalin, despite being only 17, is already a legendary womanizer.

I think I'm going to have him refer to himself exclusively in third person.

And I can't kill people for mistaking his gender, he's Chaotic Good.
