Hi guys. I need your help, because my brain is completely broken.
So, for example, I have Warblade4/Crusader3/Fighter1 (8 char. lvl)
Then I level-up as Fighter2 and taking this feat - "Martial Study". What is my martial adept level for the new maneuver?
Similar (in my opinion) feat "Martial Stance" has the description: "Your martial adept level for using this maneuver is equal to your levels in martial adept classes (if any) + 1/2 your levels in other classes" Seems like level is 4 + 3 + 2/2 = 8. Right?
"Martial Study" using the same formula or not?

When you learn a maneuver with Martial Study your character would have two choices. It can become one of your maneuvers known for either adept class in which you already have levels. In this case your Warblade4/Crusader3/Fighter2 would have the option of taking it as a Warblade maneuver (IL 4 + [5/2] = 6) or as a Crusader maneuver (IL 3 + [6/2] = 6). (Note that if your character were just a straight Fighter 9 it would be a once per encounter maneuver with no recovery method and an IL of 4.)

Martial Stance does not assign the stance to any particular class, so your IL would indeed be 4 + 3 + [2/2] = 8.
