Doing a bit of an archive binge when it hit me! Who can save the world from Hel just when all seems lost? ELAN

My theory: Elan, high priest of a certain DEMIGOD OF PUPPETS will be the tie-breaking vote to save the world from Hel's plan!

How it might go down: Who loves cake? ORCS, like the ones who started worshiping Giggles (might be voting to destroy the world). Roy sees the high priest walk in with the puppet and realizes that Elan can claim the right to vote.
