Swipe Spell (PF) Question

I like the Swipe spell from PF, even better then the Pilfering Hand spell. Here's the link http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic/all-spells/s/swipe

My question centers on the statement "To claim an object held by an opponent, you must make a CMB check—this check has a bonus equal to your caster level + your Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma modifier (whichever is highest). "

Does this mean that the CMB check has the bonus above in addition to the normal base of CMB = Base attack bonus + Strength modifier + special size modifier? Or does it replace it?

I am assuming it adds as a bonus, which makes it an awesome debuff.

No, you are replacing the normal check with you CL + stat. I can see how you could read it the other way, but that is highly unlikely to be the intent.
