How do you make monsters for GURPS? (Preparing for a mon game)

I'm trying to make out how to create monsters for gurps, but I still know very little about combat, and I've only just started to get a grasp on filling out character sheets.

While there are various "Monster" books with stats you dont need much for "Generic" monsters. All you need are
Basic stats (to allow saving throws against some spells)
No of Attacks and their Skill level
DR
Parry / dodge
Any special abilities
Hit Points
