I found one that linked to Wizards of the Coast.....but I think we know what happened to it. So....anyone know where I can find some good advice for building an Enchanter wizard?

It's not too difficult to recover those pages.

Step 1: Go to Google and find the page you want.
Step 2: Hover over the link but do not click it. Write down the URL in the preview at the bottom of your browser.
Step 3: Plug the URL into the Internet Archive (https://archive.org/web/).

There was a build in the Mindbender Iron Chef round that was quite an excellent Enchanter, The Charred Charmer (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=12365926&postcount=238).

I believe that there's an enchanter guide in with the god wizard handbook. Check the WotC index thread in my sig.

May want to fix your link to that.

Thanks. I hate tinyURL, but at least it's legit this time.

Thank you. I didn't realize it was broken. I do also dislike url shorteners, but there's a character limit in signatures, so it's necessary with the lengthy urls GitP uses.

btw, after checking out the link, the only advise given were Enchantment spells that were non-mind effecting, and/or had no saves, rather than talking about the entire school, and what feats are good with it.

It's a tad lacking in my opinion.

It's in the link that was provided, but to make it easier:
Enchanter Handbook (http://www.enworld.org/forum/showthread.php?471594-Enchanter-Handbook-D-amp-D-3-5-%28Zarzak-CantripN%29)

Hmm. I clicked the "Echanting" or "Enchanter" (forgot whatever it is they used for text) link in the handbook. But that seems more complete.
