Walker in the waste as a level 3 cleric?

So i was looking around and I saw the Icyhot Walker in the Waste build which I thought was interesting...

BUt the 2 domains they have are Sand, and Planning. Wouldn't you need Sand and Thirst to qualify for WitW at level 3? Because with just Sand you only have 2 spells of the sand domain?

I really want to make a Walker in the Waste because I like the flavor and I am curious

I'm AFB at the moment, but I think it has something to do with having one of the spells off the domain as a general cleric spell as well. So you can technically get all three spells you needed - one off of the general list that also appears on the other domain, and the other two from the domain itself. I'll have to check later to see if that's right...
