Incorporeal (Wraith) and Gear?

Someone's dead, and is gonna come back with the PF Dread Wraith template. Which is cool, but as I understand it the templates says they can't use equipment. Hopefully that means no loading hay bales and opening blinds, but does that mean no magic items? It would be swell if they kept the magic items, possibly until their graves were looted or something but I don't know how that works.

Do they get to use magic items, are are incorporeal undead always "equipment-less"?

They can only use equipment with the Ghost Touch property in most cases, or anything they find on the Ethereal Plane, iirc.

You could try becoming corporeal temporarily, equipping a bunch of magic items, and then becoming incorporeal again.

Creatures that can change back and forth usually take their equipment with them, and it's perfectly possible to have an incorporeal greatsword (which can't hit corporeal creatures unless it's magic, and then with a 50% miss chance unless it's ghost touch).
