Rakish Audacity states that if no creature, other than my target, is within 5 feet of me, then I can use sneak attack. So basically like a one-on-one duel situation. It also says that all other rules for sneak attack still apply. So this means I can also sneak attack so long as I have an ally within 5 feet of my target, correct?

So me next to target alone > Sneak attack.
Me and ally next to target > sneak attack
Me next to two enemies > No sneak attack
Me next to target with ally right behind me > no sneak attack

Basically, the Swashbuckler gets all the normal sneak attack options PLUS this new sort of dueling one. Do I have this correct?

Pretty sure that's right. I also think it applies on ranged attacks as long as you're not next to anyone, although I believe that's currently in dispute.

Welp, looks like I was wrong. It's been answered:

You cannot get sneak attack from Rakish Audacity at range.
