Venture Brothers Season 2

Okay, in episode one of Season two... I think, maybe episode two, the henchmen are in a 'henchmen anonymous' meeting, and #21 refers to himself as a henchman: 'skulligan' class. Am I hearing this wrong? I do not have any idea what that means, I wikipedia and googled it too. Maybe I'm hearing it wrong, anyone know if that is a reference to something that I'm not getting?

I believe he says scullion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scullion) class. Could be wrong though, and I don't have access to my DVD's at the moment.
