Are all the book titles parodies?

So far I've figured out:

-1: Start of Darkness = Heart of Darkness
0: On the Origin of PCs = On the Origin of Species
1: Dungeon Crawlin' Fools = ???
2: No Cure for the Paladin Blues = ???
3: War and XPs = War and Peace
4: Don't Split the Party = ???
5: Blood Runs in the Family = ???

Are the missing ones also parodies of book titles like the three I have, or am I trying to figure out a riddle that isn't there?

"Don't split the party" is a very common saying among RPG players. It may also be a pun, but it doesn't seem to be.

"No Cure for the Paladin Blues" may be a reference to the song Summertime Blues ("there ain't no cure for the summertime blues" being a line in it).

As for the other two, I just have no info :P
