I through that it would be awesome to have a character able to get a turn by an immediate action so is there is a combo allowing to gain a simple action(or a rapid action) with an immediate action for then casting celerity and then being able to keep doing caster things like getting more turns and gating more solar.
Ideally it would be compatible with having ninth level spells before level 20 for then having maximum "getting to play" economy in wizard duels and stuff of this kind.(Since nothing prevents when your opponent is stopping time to do immediate actions since you can do them in the turns of others)

Celerity into time stop would be the usual way of getting free turns, using either Rapid Recovery or favour of the martyr to get around the daze. Alternatively, any immediate action power with a linked synchronicity can start a free-actions loop.

I forgot that celerity was an immediate action.
Good to know that.
Thanks you.
Is there is a way to have more than one immediate action per turn(that works even if an opponent tries to interrupt you with his own celerity)?

Well, a dual actions-type ability (chronotryn, thoon elder brain - sort of) gets you another swift or immediate each turn.

As for what doesn't work: You can't ready an immediate action. The Ruby Knight Vindicator gets additional swift actions (assuming that Divine Impetus takes no action), but says nothing about immediate actions, and you can't trade swifts for immediates.

So shape-change gets you already that extra immediate.
Thanks you again.

Isn't the only restriction on number of immediate actions that they use up a swift action? That would mean that, if you get more swifts, you can use them on immediates.

Since we're talking TO, 20 carefully worded contingent greater celerity work wonderfully. You can then spend the extra actions to cast Time Stops or doing something else. Remember to keep the last contingency (or one of the last ones) to cast Plane Shift, go to the Far Realm, craft 20 new ones contingencies and get back with your new 20+ free turns. Repeat until all the enemies are dead.

Hm... it's a bit tricky finding the relevant rules, because swift actions were introduced in the Miniatures Handbook, and immediate actions in the Expanded Psionics Handbook (at least, that's what the RC says). It's also problematic that the writers - as usual - never imagined what would be done with the system, so it's not that robust. It pretty much assumes you can only get one action of each kind per turn.

Using an immediate action on your turn is the same as using a swift action, and counts as your swift action for that turn. You cannot use another immediate action or a swift action until after your next turn if you have used an immediate action when it is not currently your turn (effectively, using an immediate action before your turn is equivalent to using your swift action for the coming turn). You also cannot use an immediate action if you are flat-footed.

Using an immediate action on your turn counts as your swift action for that turn. If you use an immediate action when it isn’t your turn, you can’t use another immediate action or a swift action until after your next turn. You can’t use an immediate action when you’re flat-footed.

It's pretty clear that an immediate action on your turn is equivalent to a swift action. You can cast feather fall with each swift action you have available, no questions asked.

However, immediate actions not used on your turn use a different clause; it's quite explicitly in a separate sentence. It says you flat-out can't use an immediate or a swift action if you've already used an immediate (but not that it uses your swift, interestingly, so technically you still have a swift left, you just can't use it). It depends on your interpretation of the clause in parenthesis what it means - either you rule that it's like quickened spells (takes a swift action, but also limited 1/turn), or you rule that you can trade swifts for immediates ad nauseam. I personally think it would be reasonable to allow the trade, but I don't think it's 100% RAW.

Even if you allow an immediate instead of each swift, you can't really get additional swift actions on your next turn, unless you have dual actions. I don't think you can use Divine Impetus out of turn, and you can't use it a bunch of times to 'save' swifts, in case you need to use a bunch of immediates after your turn ends. This is probably one of the reasons the writers did not consider the legality of multiple immediate actions.

Even following the rule of "only one immediate action per turn", you can still get multiple Celerity castings within a turn. (Craft) Contingent Spell keyed to Celerity is one such way. Another is a Sorcerer casting Greater Arcane Fusion, which is a spell that allows you to cast an up to 4th level and up to 7th level spell within it. Have both spells be Celerity, and you can use one standard action (i.e. cast Greater Arcane Fusion) to get two standard actions (i.e. from two Celerities). That can be nested and repeated to get additional standard actions during your turn, until you run out of 8th level spell slots to cast Greater Arcane Fusion.

The huge nova resulting from dumping all your spell slots at once, enters the realm of "crazy TO" if you combine the above with techniques to get infinite spells. Priya the Prismatic Priestess (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?280365-Priya-the-Prismatic-Priestess-Buffs-Across-the-Spectrum) is a build that does this, using Absorption to power spells, done inside metamagiced Time Stops so they take place in zero time to an external observer, all inside nested Greater Arcane Fusion instances, so you can get infinite standard actions within a single immediate action.
