[3.5] Looking for some kind of online maps

So me and my friends need a grid to play online, we are talking over skype, and we are using a dice roller lobby. However we cannot seem to find a good grid system with hardly any delay. Any help would be appreciated.

MapTool is very good for maps and dice rolls, but it requires a downloadable client.

Roll20 is an online-only tool that's nearly as good in some respects.
