Is there a way to force a Druid out of a Wildshape?

Antimagic Field.

Polymorph and its derivatives.

Planar Bubble for a dead magic plane.

I think there's a spell that locks a shapeshifting creature into its native form, but I don't recall what or where.

The church inquisitor prestige class from Complete Divine gains the ability to force shapechange with a touch attack at 6th level, which would not only force a druid out of wildshape, but prevent them from shifting again for 1d6 rounds.

Ability Rip, from Serpent Kingdoms, can remove a druid's ability to wild shape for awhile, but it won't force him to revert.

Expunge the Supernatural, from ToM, can permanently remove it.
