Are feat-varied Lycanthropes RAW valid?

Exactly what the title says. For example, is there RAW supporting/prohibiting the existence of a Weretiger based on a Tiger with Martial Study and Martial Stance feats (Tiger Claw, obviously)?

Any feat that is not a bonus feat can in principle be changed to whatever the DM wants. There is no fluff justification for an actual tiger having Martial Study (as ToB styles are all humanoid-invented), but a natural were-tiger just gets racial HD and grew up with those feat slots, so they can have anything at all. An afflicted lycanthrope... well, there's no reason you shouldn't be able to retrain feats, but you're probably stuck with the base tiger feats.

And for Bonus Feats there is the Dark Chaos Shuffle. If PCs can do it NPCs can do it as well.
