No, because Polymorph only turns things into Beasts.

If you want to get in looking like someone else, Alter Self could be used for that. Or do it the way my group likes to to and just rampage there way though things. Haha

on the other hand, it is probably fairly easy to infiltrate the temple if you look like various small animals; rats, bats, pigeons, cats, dogs, etc may all fit in quite easily (both literally and figuratively; there is quite likely to be some small hole that rats squeeze into the building through, for example).
