Vulnerability to Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

If your Wisdom score ever drops to 1, 2 or 3, you become hysterical and unable to act until your Wisdom score is 4 or more.

Whenever you see or hear your friend or associate die, you have to roll a modified Will save roll (1d20+will save modifier+base attack bonus) vs. DC 15 or suffer one point of Wisdom drain. Your adventuring companions, close allies, brothers-in-arms, followers and cohorts are always considered your friends or associates. If the death is particularly gruesome, you receive -2 penalty to the roll.

Whenever you suffer from Wisdom drain caused by this flaw, you will have 1d20 sleepless (or tranceless) nights filled with nightmares per calendar year. The effect continues from year to year until the Wisdom drain is removed. The player may freely choose the nights, but the quota must be met every calendar year (although the nights may be transferred wholly or partially to the next year, subject to DM approval). The effect is not cumulative; the roll (1d20) is rolled again only if the Wisdom drain is removed and it happens again.

Don't be silly, all adventurers are completely numb to their surroundings thanks to decades spent as murderhobos.
