[5E] Draconic Sorcerer + Barbarian Unarmoured AC

So, I was planning on making a Sorcerer/Barbarian for my next RL campaign, but I wasn't sure about something: how would I calculate the AC when unarmoured?

Is it 13 + Dex mod, because of being a Draconic Sorcerer? Is it 10 + Dex mod + Con mod, because of being a barbarian? Or is it 13 + Dex mod + Con mod, as a combination of the two?

What do you guys think?

It is 13+dex OR 10+Dex+Con (modifiers, not actual scores).

You pick the best one. You still get to add shield bonus on top if you want though.
