Here are a few teleportation spell ideas to let a caster really keep enemies on their toes. I think they'd be a fun thing for a wizard to use while they sit back at a safe distance laughing while their allies bring on the melee pain:

Swap Allies
Sorc/Wiz Level 4
Conjuration

Any two willing medium or small sized allies within 200ft + 10ft per caster level teleport to switch places with each other. The spell reorients them so they appear facing in the same direction the person they were swaped in for was looking at.

Shift Solution
Sor/Wiz Level 4
Conjuration

You can teleport the liquid contents of any container you hold in your hand directly into the stomach of either yourself or a willing ally within 100ft + 10ft per caster level.

Quantum Leap
Sor/Wiz Level 5
Conjuration

You may teleport at will as a standard action in a 200x 200ft area centered on the spot you cast the spell for 10 rounds + 2 rounds per caster level. You must have line of sight to wherever you teleport. The spell prematurely ends if you leave this area.

Autonomous Recall
Sor/Wiz 4
Conjuration
Duration: Concentration, up to 2 minutes

You may select any ally within view up to 400ft + 40ft per caster level away. Upon casting the spell the target is not immediately effected but instantly gets a silent mental alert letting them know the spell is active and what it can do. At will while the spell lasts the target can choose to teleport adjacent to the caster. The target can also choose not to teleport at all.
