Sacred Exorcist is good only.

To the OP: Buy a Shroudcrown(PGtF). You could also dip into Death Delver(HoH) or Horned Harbinger(F&P), but you'd lose a level of casting progression so you could also just take a level of cleric.
There is no PrC for evil characters that grants TU and full casting progression as far as i know, so the Shroudcrown is probably your best bet.

Two feats from Dragon, God touched (pre-req) and divine Channeler), let's you turn/ rebuke as a cleric half your lvl once per day.
