My Inquisitor (focusing on ranged attacks, but staying in melee through Snap Shot) is in the market for better armor.
Celestial Armor would provide a +9 with +8 dex. But, he does not need Fly and can actually live without the +3 bonus since he casts Magic Vestments on his armor and buckler each day.
Is there a way to get at least +9 with +8 dex without spending 22,xxx gp?
