How would one go about playing as a Pixie Magus?

I haven't touch anything Pathfinder in years and I couldn't quite find anything regarding "level adjustment" on their SRD, so aside from reading 4HD as 4th level I'm not sure how else to go about it.

But then you won't wonder where is my mind.
For pathfinder, it just uses the CR as the total level adjustment, which tends to work out a lot better for the player.

So if I'm reading it correctly I'd have to be 14th-level before I can start digging for fire; hopefully I can invest in a +5 shovel by then. :smallbiggrin:

It's a good race with good abilities. However this arcana is pretty weak, because it does only minimal damage and a Magus has lots of things to spend pool points and swift actions on.
