Weapon and Armor Proficiency: As a psyslayer, you are proficient with simple weapons, martial melee weapons (including those that can be used as thrown weapons), and light armor, but not with shields.

Class Skills (8 + Int modifier per level, x4 at 1st level): Autohypnosis, Balance, Climb, Concentration, Craft, Escape Artist, Handle Animal, Heal, Intimidate, Jump, Listen, Martial Lore, Move Silently, Ride, Sense motive, Spot, Survival, Swim, Tumble.
Maneuver disciplines: crushing wave (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183826#post10181173), giant’s grip (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183826#post10181180), dark fang (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?472752-Martial-Maneuver-Dark-Fang),life’s blood (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=183826#post10181187), setting sun, stone dragon

Martial Mind Path: choose either psycrystal weapon style or ectoplasmic palm style.
Psycrystal weapon style adds Diamond mind to your repertoire, You also gain a psycrystal weapon gem. Psycrystal weapon gem links you to any weapon and as such can be your weapon of focus.
Ectplasmic palm style adds Tiger claw to your repertoire, You gain unarmed strike and can treat your unarmed strikes just as weapons.

To reset/recover the readied maneuvers expended psionic focus and reacquire psionic focus.

Martial Mind Focus: When Combat and psionicly focused the Psyslayer gains a shield bonus at level 4 that increases by 1 every four levels after that.

Wild talent- gains two power points

Combat Focus: gains the feat combat focus(Player's Handbook II, p. 87).

AC Bonus: Starting at 2nd level, you can add your Wisdom modifier as a bonus to Armor Class, so long as you wear light armor, are unencumbered, and do not use a shield. This bonus to AC applies even against touch attacks or when you are flat-footed. However, you lose this bonus when you are immobilized or helpless.

Solid Mind: A Psyslayer of 3rd level or higher gains a a +4 bonus to vs. Mind-affecting effects and when it's psionically focused it can't auto-fail its save vs. a mind-affecting effect.

Bonus Feat: are any fighter or psionic feats.

Autohypnosis Synergy: While Psionicly focused you gain a +2 synergy bonus to all skills to perform a maneuver.

Sense Psionics: Beginning at 7th level, you can spend 10 minutes focusing upon you detect psionic auras. A psionic aura is given off by any active or permanent power, or during the use of any psionic feat. Characters who have levels in a psionic class, creatures with the psionic subtype, and creatures with the Wild Talent feat possess psionic auras. The amount of information revealed by the manifestation of this power depends on how long you study a particular area or subject.

Retribution: 3/day, when you're injured by an attack / spell / ability of enemy, you can spend immediate action to initiate any strike (with a typical initiation action of 1 std action) to hit back. He uses the range of the attacker's ability as the range of his strike, creating a phantom psionic force of himself

It doesn't seem to have enough abilities, first of all, but.... if you're using custom disciplines, it's best to link them to your build to show their connection. What's the maneuver recovery method? It's generally accepted that the ToB-recovery methods are a bit mundane, but it looks like you're shooting for Swordsage-style disciplines?

How about a recovery method like this? The Psislayer may recover his Wis modifier in expended maneuvers (min 2) as a full-round action that does not provoke attacks of opportunity, centering his mind and re-aligning his psyche to the battle around him. When recovering maneuvers this way, he may also regain his psionic focus and adds a +3 insight bonus to his Armor Class and Reflexes as he intuitively reacts to danger around him.

When I grant feats outside of the PHB, I usually grant the book & page number. I never assume the GM will know where the feat is.

Still Mind is absolutely weak. Mettle is more appropriate, and is much better. Finding items or spells that negate Enchantment is VERY easy. It's the weakest magic school (even if it's the scariest) for a reason.

What does Dual Counter actually do? How does its action economy work? Usually it's in response to something, so why the need for two?

Thank you for your feed back- looks like I buried the recovery method in there- I separated it so it shouldn't be missed this time.

It still lacks clarity though, and "recovering psionic focus then expending it" doesn't seem to fit.

As for psionics, what use does it play except to have and recover the focus? Why not make the class centered, secondarily, upon power-points instead of making it a clone of the Swordsage?

Still mind is awful, but...if you want to keep the theme, perhaps a +4 bonus to vs. Mind-affecting effects (which is more than just enchantment spells) and when it's psionically focused it can't auto-fail its save vs. a mind-affecting effect. This way, it is granted a bonus that most items can't replicate.
