I have trouble believing Belkar would just drop it, even if the rest of OOTS and Hinjo insisted. Did he put its head in a sack or something?

It's hanging out in the greenroom of Plot.

I'm just curious: because the Eye of Fear and Flame is essentially a sentient entity in and of itself, does Belkar ordering it to blast people count as him dealing lethal damage, or the Eye of Fear and Flame dealing lethal damage?

It's the EoF&F inflicting Lethal.

In essence, Belkar has use the Intimidate Skill to make the EoF&F act as if it were friendly to Belkar. Belkar isn't "activating" the EoF&F and has as little to fear from the deaths it inflicts as he did when he got the adventurers in the tavern to kill Yok-Yok.

I would say that he has it in a bag or his pocket. Maybe not, but no, he would not drop such a nice weapon.

Belkar cleared up that issue in this comic (http://www.giantitp.com/comics/oots0455.html).

Eye and Fear and Flame? What's that?

All I see in the comic is the Eye of Fear and more Fear.

Hah.

I've got to wonder what the EoFaF expects Belkar to do to him when he's naught but a skull now.

No way would Belkar give up the EoF&F willingly. It's in Hammerspace (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hammerspace).

No no no... think much more gaming. Such as in the "Things I'm Not Allowed To Do While Gaming" (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=29508) thread:

114. The Demilich only falls for getting stuffed in the bag of holding once.
Same concept here really.

it's no use inside the city, it's probably in his invisible pack, where they all keep their stuff.

Where did Roy keep his club, where does Haley keep her arrows, where did V pull all those Potions of Heroism from?

Of course Hinjo could have smashed the vile undead thing too.

Roy's club was gathered from a nearby tree. ("Those dastardly trees. You know they're up to no good. They have weapon caches hidden everywhere!: :durkon: )

Have you ever heard the term: "Skullf*cking"?

Man, old Fear and Flame boy so reminds me of Savrille in my knock-off campaign of the D&D movie I made. He's now the Wizard's pet skull.
