Planescape 5e Update

What's the easiest way to update this setting from 2e to 5e? I haven't played/ran the actual setting, but of all the published campaigns in the history of D&D, this one appeals to me the most, and I would like to update it for my group.

There's little to update. The Planescape books were, for the most part, almost entirely fluff. The parts that aren't are easy enough to update (most of the spells have counterparts in 5e, for example, and when in doubt turn bonuses/penalties into advantage/disadvantage). As for the adventures of that era, Wizards of the Coast has released a Conversion PDF (http://media.wizards.com/2015/downloads/dnd/DnD_Conversions_1.0.pdf), which includes a conversion formula for AD&D monsters.
