How do I make a spoiler tag? (yes, im a bit slow)

I had been looking for it and I can´t acomplish the task.
So instead of the passive-agressive coments I could get from asking this; I would rather a nice, simple and direct answer

Type the following before you write your main text:



(Remove the gap between the "r" and the "]") Leave at least a single space gap between the square bracket and the first letter of your first word, and a single space gap before the square bracket of the end spoiler break.

When you're done, type:

[/spoiler ]

(Again, removing the gap.)
