Well, just the one for now, but the rest will come when I get a response from my group.

Does the damage from the Wu Jen Lightning Blade spell (and similar spells) multiply with uses of Diamond Nightmare Blade as melee damage or simply add to the damage that is multiplied? I mean, I'm all for 40d6 damage in a single blow, but it strikes me as a questionable approach at best.

No you couldn't. Diamond Nightmare blade multiplies normal melee damage, and the damage from lightning blade comes from the spell and not the melee attack.
