Stacking Question

I'm playing a Mystic Theurge (human, natural armor = 0) and have a rules clairification.

How do Righteous Might and Tenser's Transformation (both from the PHB) stack.

Righteous Might: Get Bigger. +8 Size bonus to Str, +4 Size Bonus to Con, +4 enhancement bonus to natural armor, and then level variable DR.

Tenser's Transformation: +4 Enhancement bonus to Str, Dex, Con, +4 natural armor bonus, +5 to Fort saves, proficiencies and BAB increase.

Now if cast together, with Righteous Might cast first because after Tenser's is cast you can't cast any more spells, you get +12 Str, +4 Dex, +8 Con because Size and Enhancement are different bonus types, but how does enhancement bonus to natural armor and natural armor work together? Does it matter that you cast Righteous Might first? Does my natural armor AC increase by +8 or +4?

As presented, the enhancement bonus stacks with an unnamed bonus to natural armor so....+8.

Well, first, according to the SRD (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/spells/righteousMight.htm), it's a +2 enhancement to your natural armor, not +4, and only +4 to Strength instead of +8.

But anyway, to address the meat of your question: They do stack. The righteous might bonus is a "bonus to a bonus," in much the same way that +5 full plate has a +5 enhancement bonus to its built-in +8 armor bonus. Righteous might increases your natural armor bonus by 2, whatever that natural armor bonus may be at the time. So you end up with natural armor +6.

Note that an amulet of natural armor also grants an enhancement bonus to your natural armor. So an amulet of natural armor would stack with Tenser's transformation, but not with righteous might.

Likewise, if you belonged to a race that had natural armor already, that natural armor would be improved by righteous might but replaced by Tenser's transformation.

Actually if that +4 natural armor bonus is actually written just as you have it here, then it is an unnamed bonus and stacks with everythign else no matter what.

Actually, it's not unnamed. It's a Natural Armor Bonus, so it doesn't stack with other flat Natural Armor bonuses. It's just like Armor Bonuses don't stack with other Armor Bonuses but do stack with enhancement bonuses to armor..
