Feat: Vengence
Prerequisites:
Rage/Frenzy ability, Strength 14, Constitution, Cannot be True Neutral.

If a comrade PC is slain, then the bonuses to strength and constitution are increased by +2 until that person has been avenged by killing the person who killed him/her. The person who kills the person doesn't have to be you. This ability stacks for every PC slain but all bonuses end at the end of the encounter or until your rage ends.

If 2 PCs are killed then you lose no AC during the rage
If 4 PCs are killed then you gain +5 to Attack and Damage rolls.

It's an interesting concept, but, to be honest, it seems less like a feat than the base ability of a prestige class, the Avenging Champion, Initates of Nemisis, or some such fluff.

It's slightly more work, but it might be worthwhile to rework the idea into something like that. As a stand alone feat it seems somehow off.

I don't know if something that requieres your buddies to be dead would make a good feat or Prestige class, it is supposed to happen rarely. Maybe it could work if they drop your allies to negative hit points (including dead at -10). Seeing them dying (not just dead) could make the rager really andry too.

That's a good point. Actually, in a way it makes it more suitable for a prestige class, because than you could more easily accomodate a gradient with different bonuses (at Dying bonus X; if incapacitated bonus Y; if dead bonus Z) and it would allow the death bonus to be a lot more powerful, since you've committed more to getting it.
