Monks of the Way of the Worldsong believe that there is an inherent music to existence, and cherish sounds of any sort. Monks of the Worldsong are typically musical performers in addition to martial acolytes, and each has a mission to collect 1,000 unique sounds from the world. Monks of this tradition learn techniques that deal with sound or music, and can us Ki points to damage foes around them with resonant song.

3rd Level
Resonant Weapon At 3rd level, your Order gifts with you with Resonant weapons. These are monk weapons that are specially crafted to create resonant tones when struck. A Resonant Weapon behaves exactly like a normal Monk Weapon of its sort, but produces a melodious tone when it strikes something with force. Additionally, a Resonant Weapon can be used as a musical instrument.
Musical Aptitude
You gain proficiency in the Performance skill. If you are already proficient in it, you may choose a skill from the following list to become proficient in: Acrobatics, Athletics, History, Insight, Religion, or Stealth. You also gain proficiency in one instrument of your choice.
Resonant Gift
While wielding a Resonant Weapon, you have resistance to Thunder damage and can cast the Message cantrip. Additionally, you can spend 2 Ki points to cast Thunderous Smite or Thunderwave.

6th Level
Melodious Strike
As an action, you slam your Resonant Weapon into the ground, a tree, or other nearby hard object (not a creature), sending out a shockwave of musical force. Choose one of the following:
-Each creature within 20 feet of you must make a Wisdom Saving Throw or be unable to willingly attack for 1 minute or until they are attacked.
-Each creature within 10 feet of you must make a Strength Saving Throw. On a failure, they take Thunder damage equal to two times your Monk Level and are pushed 5 feet away from you, or half as much damage on a success, and are not pushed.
Melodious Strike costs 2 Ki points to use, and does not effect creatures that cannot hear.

11th Level
Voice of Song
You may spend one Ki point as an action on your turn to cause your words like those of a song to all who hear them. A single creature within 20 feet that can you can see and that can hear you who understands you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed or frightened (your choice) by you for 10 minutes. This condition ends when you or one of your allies attacks the creature, or at your option for no action. A creature that is not hostile to you has disadvantage on this Saving Throw. Creatures are not aware of this mind-altering effect, but are aware of a noticeable change in your voice. You may have no more than 3 creatures effected by this feature at any time.

17th Level
The Thousandth Sound
You dedication to your cause has allowed you to collect 1000 distinct sounds in your Resonant Weapons. Whenever you deal damage with a Resonant Weapon, you deal 2d6 additional Thunder damage. Additionally, you gain immunity to Thunder damage while wielding a Resonant Weapon, and immunity to the Deafened condition. You can spend 5 Ki points as a bonus action on your turn to empower your Resonant Weapon. For the next minute, the next time you successfully hit a creature with your Resonant Weapon, you deal 10d10 bonus Thunder damage to that creature, and you may force them to make a Strength saving throw, being pushed 20 feet away from you and knocked prone if they fail.

Nice work, I think this can be compared to the open hand monk, so pretty strong but not too I'd say.

Cool fluff too.
