Cleric multicassing

Cleric of Sarenrea, wanted to take levels in alchemist, but he thinks that the mutagens will cause him to fall from his God, as some are chaotic... Is this true

Absolutely not. No class would fall from multiclassing into alchemist. Mutagens are not chaotic, and even if they were Sarenrae is neutral good, she won't (usually) care about chaotic actions. You can be a CG cleric of Sarenrae just fine. There are also chaotic spells a cleric can cast, and I doubt Sarenrae gives two coppers about those.

Now if you start using evil spells like inflict wounds, etc, then Sarenrare is going to be pretty upset. But those are specific evil spells and/or actions. Just multiclassing into alchemist is totally fine. Honestly, if the cleric was able to brew healing potions and other curatives, that's gonna get some brownie points from Sarenrae.
