does reapplying hex bonus action require somatic and verbal components of casting?

So lets say you cast hex at some point and the target died. After that combat, you maintain concentration. While maintaining concentration, you are currently using the stealth skill and are hidden, if you use your bonus action to move the hex onto a new creature, does it require all the noise and motion(verbal and somatic components) that originally casting the spell did or can you move hex onto someone without blowing your cover?

I believe not because the spell has already been cast and it it just being transferred to a new target.

Nope. The VSM components are provided at the time of casting. Moving the curse takes a bonus action, but you aren't casting the spell again.
