so I am playing in a zero magic low tier oriental adventure game

I chose Ninja and want to be a range attacker with a good amount of damage under my belt

I am level 3 and have the following feats craven, rapid shot point blank shot , expanded ki and enduring ki

My stats are 10 str 16 Dex con 13 int 8 wis 16 cha 8

I plan on throwing around shurkiken

My question is, is there any thing I should change ?

should I take different feats?

and should I use a short bow and not shurikens?

My flaw forces me to eat and drink twice as much as a normal person of my size cause of my metabolism so i'm always on the look out for food

You could throw flasks of alchemical fire, and apply sudden strike to it. Similar tools could maintain your enemies blinded or confused.

Very ninja like. Much flash, such bang.

Define "magic". Based on the fact you still have a ki pool, I assume that SU abilities are OK?

Being a Ghost (use the template class)t seems like it would be advantaageous, since it would cancel out your flaw while also proving handy if spells aren't around. You can use the Telekinesis to fling the shuriken, and maybe pick up a few [ghost] feats later for close-combat.
