Water Orc Warblade 5 into Bloodstorm Blade is the current thought, with a focus on wielding spears. Any other thoughts on how Undyne from Undertale could be made?

I'd say Crusader instead of Warblade. Warblade is reliant on intelligence (which Undyne seems to lack) while Crusader needs charisma (which Undyne does have a lot of).

Also, the delayed damage pool seems to fit with what she does at the end of a Neutral battle.

Crusader lacks the needed stances and maneuvers to go into Bloodstorm Blade.

Are you playing 3.5? Then sure, that could work, long as you get the proper stuff.

If you're using PF and can use third party, you can try out the Spearman Marksman (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/psionics-unleashed/classes/marksman/archetypes/dreamscarred-press/spearman) if you don't mind psionics fluff. It could be combined with Mind's Eye Disciple (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1tbBIinA90VQW8eriM0TZTZCbHsSU6cdv7_44J8w564s/edit), if you don't mind asking the DM to ignore the Cover Fire change from Mind's Eye Disciple...

You could go plain Warlord (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/path-of-war/classes/warlord), with Emphasis on Piercing Thunder and Solar Wind...

You can just use feats to get those.

What feats?

What feats?

Martial Study and Martial Stance. They're in the Tome of Battle.

Still, many of the Bloodstorm Blade's abilities require expending an Iron Heart Maneuver. Having only one to use severely limits the capabilities of the class, and with a Crusader base you're left hoping that the next maneuver to be refreshed will let you use more abilities. Taking more Martial Study feats will eat up too many valuable feat slots to be worthwhile.

I mean, you could just ask the DM to change Warblade to Charisma based. Charisma is probably less useful than Intelligence, what with skill points, so I can't imagine most DMs would object too hard.

Having played Undertale, i now know what you mean about Undyne. Hood (http://brilliantgameologists.com/boards/index.php?topic=2462.0) came to mind.

If Pathfinder, I'd suggest going (and slightly refluffing) Soulknife/Aegis/Metaforge actually. Metaforge lets you summon your armor and weapons at once, and move the enhancement numbers around, to represent the second half of the fight.

There's a Soulknife archetype that grants martial initiation, which is nice but not needed since you can already make and throw energy spears with the right levels.

the second half of the fight.

Just to be clear, what is this?

There's also a Soulknife archetype (just about to be in print?) that specifically revolves around throwing clouds of weapons. It ought to be compatible with War Soul, too. One nice feature is that almost everything keys off of wisdom...which, again, is not Undyne's strong suit.

Bad Time bossfight, maybe? Spoilers, obviously. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y-bLD_K9Ayc)

I would have expected neutral-run sequence's worse outcome, but that's not a "half", and neither is this.
