Looking for a feat

I seem to remember reading about a feat that was basically Leadership but gave only followers not a cohort, but I can't seem to locate it. I believe it may have been a 3rd party feat, does anyone know of this feat? Thanks for the help.

All I can find that's similar in 3.5 is Rulership (+100 influence, exchange followers) and Extra Followers (lead double the followers). They both require leadership, though.
