I don't know if it's my poor searching or poor search results, but I can't find anything helpful on this. Ideally I'd be looking for a magic item or spell I could format into an item. I have a bunch of things going on and in the long run I'm trying to become immune to my own Spike Stones (http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/SRD:Spike_Stones). If there's a better way that full pierce-damage immunity, I'm also quite open to it. Thanks in advance!

It deals 1d8 piercing for every 5 feet you move, and doesn't scale. Get at least DR 8/Anything But Magic or Piercing, and you'll be immune to the spell.

I think the most effective protection would be some form of flight.

DR does not apply to spells, even when they do physical damage unless the spell specifically says it does.

Get more hit points by temporary HP, a CON bonus, etc.

Extraordinary Spell Aim or Selective Spell with yourself as the chosen exception would achieve what you want.

Get an item of spell immunity tuned to stone spikes, that should do the trick.
