D20 wealth bonus

so my gm wants to use the wealth bonus for d20 in 3.5
and is kinda combing the two together
so I took the starting occupation that gives +6 to wealth bonus
but I was wondering if there was any way to increase this?
I am playing an artificer and would like to be able to buy stuff to help make make cool stuff for my allies

i know a high profession rank will get you a bonus based on how many points you have up to a max of +5 at 21 points, along with gaining it as you level based on rolling a profession check 5 or more higher then your current max wealth bonus giving +1 for every 5 above the bonus that is your current max

Well, in d20 there is a feat that grants something like +3.

that would be the windfall feat gives a +3 to your wealth bonus i also remembered that some occupations can give a wealth bonus
