Manuever to make opponents Flat Footed?

Are there any Manuevers in Tome of Battle that let you make an attack against an opponent as if they were flat footed it make them flat footed? I'm away from the book at the moment.

There is one to make them flatfooted at the time you use it, Sapphire Nightmare Blade

Cloak of Deception is a swift action greater invisibility until the end of your turn, does that count? 2nd level shadow hand with no pre-requisites.

In addidion to sapphire Nightmare blade:
'Ghost blade' will make your opponent flat footed for your attack

'strike of the broken shield' makes them flatfooted after you've hit them (on a failed save).
'white raven strike' does the same without a save.
'Hand of death' paralyzes the target on a failed save for 1d3 rounds. You can only use this maneuver if the opponent is already flat-footed though.
