There is a cavalier archetype that allows you to use aid another in combat as a move action and add your int mod to the bonus, there is also the dragon order that boosts this bonus even further.

Can I, since now it takes a move action to use aid another, boost 2 allies AC at once or boost for the same ally AC and AR, all in the same turn?

Of course you can, you can do a move action in place of your standard, generally.
